"The hotel is located above a shopping mall. You need to take an elevator up to the 7th floor to transfer to another one for the guest rooms. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it's not a hassle once you're familiar with it. As a city hotel, the rooms are compact, which is quite typical of Japanese hotels. The toiletries were unbranded, but the breakfast was decent and certainly met four-star expectations. Although the window was small, the view was excellent. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the comfortable bedding ensured a great night's sleep. Interestingly, bottled water is only provided when the room is serviced. If you decline cleaning, you don't get water. For a partial clean, you have to collect it yourself, and only a full room service includes water delivery to your room. I still can't quite wrap my head around this logic."

"The room was a typical Japanese business hotel setup, though it felt a bit more spacious than usual. It was also very clean.
They thoughtfully provide complimentary amenities for children, including special indoor wear, pillows, and toiletries.
The onsen (hot spring bath) was excellent. After a relaxing soak, you can head downstairs to the first floor for a refreshing welcome drink.
Breakfast was absolutely outstanding. All I can say is, just take a look at the quality and presentation of the seafood bowl!
The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly. One particularly kind and lovely lady at the front desk truly charmed my child, who even drew a little picture in our room specifically to give to her!"

"The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Sapporo JR Station. To get there, exit the South Gate, turn right (without crossing the road), and follow the sidewalk; you'll know you're close when you spot the Rokka Tei building. The service was exceptionally attentive: staff at the entrance immediately came over to assist with our luggage the moment they spotted us, and after check-in, another staff member personally escorted us with our bags to our room door.
The room was quite spacious, clean, and hygienic. However, the toiletries were all mini-sized, which I found a bit inconvenient and insufficient, especially after staying in numerous other Japanese hotels.
The breakfast spread was fantastic and offered excellent value for money. The hotel is also within walking distance of Tanukikoji and Odori Park.
Additionally, there's an airport shuttle bus stop at the hotel's back parking lot. However, it only operates four services in the morning; for other times, you can catch a bus from across the JR Station."

"Our first stop in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Transportation was very convenient. There's a direct airport bus from the airport; we got off at Susukino station, and it was about a 3-4 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel facilities were a bit dated, but generally acceptable, especially since we were out exploring all day anyway. Just a few minutes' walk away is Cocono, which offers dining, shopping, and a supermarket, making it very convenient. The supermarket stocked a variety of Hokkaido-exclusive Sapporo products. We got a great deal on this hotel through a Ctrip group purchase."

"Pros: best beds! This was the 6th hotel in our month long Japan trip their firm Simmons mattresses are the best. Good public bath on the top floor with an open to sky outdoor tub. Excellent friendly staff. Little things like reprogramming the escalator to go down during check out hours, seats at the elevator lobbies, and code to access to the baths makes the stay nicer. Best prefeb bathrooms and also nicely appointed deco. Room size was bigger than your standard business chain hotel. Great location too to Sapporo Station and Odori Park.
Cons: although the breakfast selection was adequate, it badly lacked variety. Everyday was the exact same items/menu. I strongly recommend that they change out 20-30% like other hotels. For this reason alone we can not stay more than 5 days. We moved to another hotel due to this breakfast issue.
Overall, we would stay here again but again for not more than 4-5 nights due to the breakfast. Its a real pity because we like everything else about it. Almost a prefect score."

The location is just great - everything you need and even more is nearby. If necessary, you can wash your clothes here, which is very convenient. GGuest UserGreat hotel in a nice & quiet location in Sapporo. I enjoyed the hotel and its well-equipped 24 hour gym. Front desk staff were friendly to my kids and even assisted us in booking a bigger taxi to Sapporo Station as we had big luggage in tow.
The hotel is well-appointed and trendy in design. The complimentary beverages which were replenished daily was a nice touch!
Definitely recommended in Sapporo! We will be back!

CCKW_71I had a pleasant stay here. The location is very central—just a 5 to 7-minute walk to Sapporo Station. There’s a Lawson nearby, and buses to the Sapporo Beer Factory and outlet mall are right across the street. Many other attractions are also within walking distance. The room and building appear to be quite new. Complimentary coffee and drinks are available on level 2. My only issue was a musty smell coming from the toilet.

The room was quite hot, and I couldn’t adjust the temperature or open the window, which made it uncomfortable at times.
On the positive side, I arrived before check-in and left my luggage at the lobby. The staff were very kind and brought it up to our room, since we came back late that night. Their helpfulness and service were much appreciated.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel specifically for its private bath, only to discover that reservations must be made 2-3 months in advance via email/phone call. The hotel does provide a shuttle bus from Sapporo city, which typically takes about an hour, but you also need to book that at least a month in advance, according to various bloggers. It was quite disappointing not to enjoy the private bath experience and to have to arrange our own transportation from/back to the city. The frustrating part is that you wouldn’t know the advance booking requirement when you make a reservation through Trip.com or similar platforms. Here’s a rephrased version of your statement:

The room had a beautiful view of Sapporo TV Tower. The bed was too big 😂. I feel like four people can share it and feel comfortable. The room was clean.
The breakfast was very good. They had a lot of options to choose from.

GGuest UserThe hotel is modern and its location is walkable (4 mins) to JR Sapporo station. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable to sleep on. Only problem is there’s no allocated place for luggage to open. We used their chair to do that.
The bathroom is clean and nice but unfortunately I had a slip in the bathtub as it was too slippery. I told the housekeeper the next day and requested for a rubber mat to be put in the tub but she didn’t seem to understand. Communion can be a challenge. Apart from that, this is a nice hotel to stay. Recommend!

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good. It is right at the area with the underground shopping links to both Odori & Sapporo subway station. Very convenient to travel anywhere. It is also walking distance to Clock Tower & Sapporo TV Tower at Odori Park. Cleanliness is good as they cleaned the room everyday & amenities are provided. The only compliant is the so-so breakfast & the size of the room. Better to have your own breakfast else where as there are plenty of food nearby. The room is a bit too small for couples. Can't even open both our luggages at the same time. Also doesn't have a cardboard to hang clothes. Should go for the double bed rather than the twin.
